"Report mistake fee lowered to $2
If you feel we did a mistake please use the special request REPORT MISTAKE on your Shipito account.
We will double check the package and correct everything ASAP. This is much faster than emailing customer support as this request goes directly to the warehouse where your package is located.
If it was our mistake (for example incorrect weight) you will be not charged anything for us fixing it.
If we double check the package and no mistake is found we will charge only $2. The fee was previously $8.50, but there were only few cases each month we had to charge it. And I see some customers were afraid to use the function. We don't want them be afraid and that's why the fee was lowered to $2 only. "
Jajaj yo había preguntado si podían volver a sacarle fotos a las zapatillas porque no se veía bien el color. Me habían dicho que haga un Report Mistake, pero les pregunté qué pasaba si decían que no había ningun error, si me iban a cobrar $8.5 por el doble chequeo.. sonaba re mala onda la aclaración esa
