Para pasar SOLO dialogos al español (Gracias facu)

Reemplacen el lang.txt por el del rar, y descompriman la carpeta ESN en Gears of War\WarGame\Localization

De esa forma TODOS los TEXTOS pasan al español.

1) Error XFILE.DLL Solucion:

Insertar cd de gow, ir a carpeta support instalar XLiveRedist1.1.0322.msi

cBuenas otra vez, en el ultimo post expliqué como jugar al Gears of War x Lan con hamachi , aqui les dejo los archivos que ya pudo colgar en Rapidshare. Espero que vaya bien.

Primer Archivo q necesitan. gears_hamachi_fix.rar , aqui.

Espero que os sirva los dos enlaces. El tutorial lo añado ahora por si alguno no miró arriba


Descomprimir el archivo gears_hamachi_fix.rar , luego ejecutar el archivo gears_hamachi_fix.reg y aceptar.

Una vez hecho esto vamos a carpeta conexiones de red, Pinchamos en Opciones Avanzadas y dentro pinchamos en Configuración Avanzada.

Aparecerá una ventana con nuestras conexiones, incluida la Red hamachi, pues con las flechas que aparecen a la Derecha colocamos la red hamachi primera de toda la lista.Despues le damos a Aceptar.

A continuación, El archivo WarEngine lo descomprimimos y lo metemos en la carpeta Microsoft Games / Gears of War , se reemplazarán las carpetas añadidas y le damos a Aceptar.

Por último , recomiendo reiniciar el pc y despues hacer lo q ponia en el tutorial para Hamachi:

Iniciamos Hamachi, Creamos una red o bien nos conectamos a una de algun amigo y listo.

Tan solo queda arrancar el Juego Gears of War , entrar en apartado Enfrentamiento / Red Local o Lan y crear anfitrion o unirse a partida y deberia aparecer la partida de nuestro amigo. También se podrá unir a Red Lan desde campaña.

Espero que no tengáis problema si seguiis paso x paso este mini tutorial que he hecho.

OnlyStreamInTextures=FALSE a OnlyStreamInTextures=TRUE

Este archivo se encuentra en:
c:\My Documents\My Games\Gears of War for Windows\WarGame\Config

Si tienen 512 de ram bajen texturas, porq van s eguir teniendo cuelgues.

4) Perfil En Hamachi Se Ve Como Player 1, ¿como lo modifico?

uenas a todos! para los que siguieron el tutorial q puse y pudieron jugar por hamachi, habran visto que su perfil aparece como Player 1, pues bien, ahora explicaré como cambiar el nombre.

1. Descargar el archivo HEdit30.zip desde esta página, descomprimir e instalar el Setup.

2.Hacemos una copia del archivo " OnlineSubsystemPC.u " que se encuentra en .... C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Games\Gears of War\WarGame\CookedPC. Una vez hecho, abrimos el programa q acabamos de instalar , " Yuri Software HEdit " y pinchamos en File...Open....y abrimos el archivo copiado OnlineSubsystemPC.u . No maximicen el programa, dejarlo con el tamaño que tiene al ejecutarlo por primera vez o se complica el tema, porq esto funciona por filas y columnas.

Bien, entonces miramos en la fila 54BC (4 fila Empezando por debajo ) . Ahora, en la parte derecha , al final de dicha fila, veremos donde pone Player1, pues lo unico q hay q hacer es poner el nick q keramos poner, OJO! EL NICK TIENE QUE TENER 7 LETRAS, NI MAS NI MENOS, cambiar entonces dicho nick. Guardais los cambios y el archivo q teneis creado que era una copia del original....lo sustituis en C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Games\Gears of War\WarGame\CookedPC . Arrancar el juego y mirar si se hizo bien.

y ya con eso tendreis el juego con vuestro Perfil Personalizado.

5) Te desaparecio tu progreso en el juego ? NEW!!

1) actualiza a 1.02 con crack vitality, SIGUE pasando pero con menor frecuencia

2a) vayan a: C:\X\X\Gears of War\WarGame\Checkpoints (aqui se alojan todos los checkpoints del juego)
2b) hagan backup por si las moscas
2c) borren el archivo chapter0.sav (previamente copien el nombre (ctrl+c), porq lo van a usar en el sig paso)
2d) renombren uno de los checkpoints a chapter0.sav (ctrl+v) (por ejemplo chapter15.sav a chapter0.sav)

3) vayan al juego: new game --->load previous chapters -> chapter 1, y les va a iniciar DESDE el checkpoint q renombraron a chapter0 ,para q se guien CHAPTER15 es ACTO 3
